About Maureen Horner
Nutrition & Health
Maureen’s interest in nutrition...
developed while she was studying for a B.Sc. in Health Studies with the Open University. However, it was her own personal experience with the healing power of food, and her desire to help others transform their lives, that led her to train as a nutritional therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Maureen firmly believes...
that balanced nutrition lies at the heart of good health and that even small dietary changes can bring major benefits. With a qualification in the field of health promotion, she provides tailor-made, achievable nutritional programmes, and advice that acknowledges the challenges of eating healthily in today’s hectic world. Every client is treated as an individual, and their physical, emotional and spiritual needs respected, while working towards optimum health and wellbeing.
A member of BANT...
(British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy), which ensures the highest professional standards, Maureen regularly attends seminars to update her knowledge and keep abreast of developments in this dynamic field.
